Went with another Birmingham area company at first and felt sold the entire time. Called Drain Werks and had a crew out the next day. Problem was more involved than initially thought but the problem was fixed in the end. Spoke with people over the weekend who didn't try to sell me on additional services or emergency expenses if they were not needed. Honesty throughout the process made the difficulty of the problem manageable to the end.

Red came out and he did an outstanding job and was very respectful of my personal belongings and made sure none of my things got any debris on it and treated my home like his own. Would recommend him to anyone needing any plumbing work done.

Man, I was in a pinch after my countertops got installed and the new sink was all set. Needed the disposal and the faucet hooked up and my water turned back on! Called them and they came out within like 2 hours and knocked out the job quick as all get-out. Trey was super attentive and professional and made sure the job was up to par before taking off. Pricing was fantastic as well. Very satisfied and glad to have such a responsive great resource available to me in the Birmingham area!

I'm a licensed plumber in the Birmingham area. While working at a customers house I recommend they call Drain Werks to jet they're sewer line. Dakota showed up within two hours of customer making the call. Dakota was courteous and did a awesome job! He even took the extra step of not only sending the homeowners before and after videos, he also sent them to me. Gave me peice of mind knowing my customer was taken care of.
